- La salsa rosa es más simple, solo mezclar en una ollita la salsa de tomate con la crema espesa, yo le eché un poquito de agua para que me quede más líquida.
- Ahora lo que más exige paciencia, ya que se debe montar la torta alternando las capas de panqueques con ambas salsas. Al terminar yo lo cubrí todo con la salsa rosa (que me sobró). Puedes hacerlo con más salsa blanca si prefieres para cubrir.
- Servir como una verdadera torta y espolvorear quesito rallado 😋
